Apex Business Machines and Supplies was founded in 1976 by Jack Farrell and filed for incorporation in 1977. Jack after 37 years with NCR (National Cash Register) as a regional sales manager to various territories across Ontario decided to make Sudbury his home. His integrity and dedication to his customers was testament to his success. Jack brought a level of customer support that was unparalleled in our industry that has carried forward to today. By only offering the most reliable of products coupled with the highest level of service it was easy to see how Apex Business Machines & Supplies Ltd. acquired it's reputation. In the fall of 2004 after almost 7 years serving as Project Manager James Fabbro purchased the company from Jack's son John Farrell.
Apex Business Machines & Supplies Ltd. services a customer base reaching as far East as Northbay, west to Blind River, south to Perry Sound and carrying North as far as Timmins. We represent international service providers such as Fujitsu Transactions Solutions in all of these areas offering hardware support to all corporate retail locations currently enrolled in a service contract. These clients include: Canadian Tire Corp., Food Basics, A&P, Roots, Chapters Indigo and Staples Business Depot to name a few. Our ability as a regional service provider only strengthens our resources to service our 1000+ local customers in and around the Northern Ontario area.
In the almost 30 years since Apex was formed we have adapted our product line to include the latest technology has to offer. Our primary focus as a solutions provider is directed toward the market of POS (Point of Sale) with a focus on Inventory Management which includes client server network design and surveillance. By bringing technology to our local market we empower business owners with the tools required to compete in their respective industries.
